“accounting information” means such accounting records as would be required by F4section 386 of the Companies Act 2006 in respect of each of the storage or (as the case may be) treatment activities undertaken by the owner of the facility if those activities were the only business undertaken by the owner and the owner were a person to whom that section applied;

“significant transaction” means—

1. (a)
