(1)

In section 252 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for making orders)—

(a)

in paragraph (b) of subsection (2), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporter ”;

(b)

in subsection (4), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporter ”; and

(c)

in subsection (5), for the word “supplier” there shall be substituted the word “ transporter ”.

(2)

In subsection (3) of section 262 of that Act (meaning of “statutory undertakers”), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporter ”.

(3)

In subsection (2) of section 265 of that Act (meaning of “the appropriate Minister”), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporter ”.

(4)

In subsection (1) of section 336 of that Act (interpretation), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporter ”.
