Article 5 Supplier exemptions

A person who—

(a)

by virtue of an article in Part 3 is an exempt supplier in relation to a supply of gas; and

(b)

does not hold a licence under section 7A(1)^f1 of the Act authorising that supply,

is exempt from section 5(1)(b) of the Act in relation to that supply.
