Article 6 Shipper exemptions

A person who—

(a)

by virtue of an article in Part 4 is an exempt shipper when arranging with a gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipeline system operated by that transporter; and

(b)

does not hold a licence under section 7A(2) of the Act authorising the making of those arrangements,

is exempt from section 5(1)(c) of the Act in relation to the making of those arrangements.
