Regulation 9 Amendment of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994

After paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the 1994 Regulations there shall be added—

“(3A)

The requirements of paragraph (3) above shall not apply in respect of the replacement of—

(a)

a hose or regulator on a portable or mobile space heater; or

(b)

a hose connecting a re-fillable cylinder to installation pipework.”.
