The Registrar General, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993^f1 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Gender Recognition Act 2004^f2, with the approval of the Secretary of State ^f3, makes the following Regulations:
