Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Gender Recognition Register (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on 20th July 2011.

In these Regulations—

  • “the Principal Regulations” means the Gender Recognition Register Regulations 2005f1.
