Section 10 Easements and other rights

On and after the appointed day, the Charitable Transferee may, over any part of the cemetery, grant easements, licences or other rights on such terms (including the payment of charges, whether periodic or otherwise) and subject to such conditions as the Charitable Transferee thinks fit.

Nothing in this section affects the application of sections 117 to 123 of the Charities Act 2011 (restrictions on dispositions of land) in relation to the Charitable Transferee.
