Section 9 The Charitable Transferee’s power to manage the cemetery

(1)

On and after the appointed day, the Charitable Transferee may do all things it considers necessary or desirable for the proper management, regulation and control of the cemetery.

(2)

The power in subsection (1) is subject to any restrictions or limitations contained in this Act.
