Paragraph 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the General Chiropractic Council (Constitution and Procedure) Rules 1999, and shall come into force on 22nd May 1999.

In these Rules–

• “the Act” means the Chiropractors Act 1994;

• “the Council” means the General Chiropractic Council.
