LAND DRAINAGE

Coming into force 1st April 1990
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 53(3) and 95 of the Land Drainage Act 1976f1, and now vested in themf2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
