the substitution in regulation 8 of “17” for “16”;

the deletion of the word “and” at the end of regulation 8(m);

the insertion of the word “and” at the end of regulation 8(n); and

the insertion after regulation 8(n) of the following paragraph:

one member by the Disability Rights Commission.”.
