Regulation 18 Information to be sent to the Secretary of State

Forthwith after receipt, the Executive shall send to the Secretary of State a copy in each case of—

(a)

any notification received under regulation 8 or 9;

(b)

any requirement for further information under regulation 10(1) and the response thereto; and

(c)

any notification relating to an accident under regulation 14,

and if requested to do so by the Secretary of State shall require additional information under regulation 10(1).
