Regulation 4 Meaning of “work” “at work”

For the purpose of these Regulations and Part I of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974^f1 the meaning of “work” shall be extended to include any activity involving genetic modification and the meaning of “at work” shall be extended accordingly.
