an assessment of the potential for transfer of newly inserted DNA from the genetically modified plant to microorganisms and the adverse effects arising,
(b)
conclusions on the adverse effect of the transfer of newly inserted DNA from the genetically modified plant to microorganisms for human and animal health and the environment.
