Regulation 1 Title, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Genetically Modified Organisms (Traceability and Labelling) (England) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 8th October 2004.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales but shall apply to England only.
