Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 8(2) of the Geneva Conventions Act 1957^f1, as applied to the Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995^f2 by section 7(4) of that Act, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
