Section 3 Application to Channel Islands, Isle of Man and colonies.
United Kingdom
Section 12 of the Backing of Warrants (Republic of Ireland) Act 1965 shall extend to the provisions of this Act amending that Act.
Her Majesty may by Order in Council make provision for extending the other provisions of this Act, with such exceptions, adaptations or modifications as may be specified in the Order, to any of the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or any colony, other than a colony for whose external relations a country other than the United Kingdom is responsible.
An Order in Council under this section may be varied or revoked by a subsequent Order in Council.
