Section 31 Obstructing an enforcement officerI1
It is an offence (“an obstruction offence”)—
(a)
intentionally to prevent or obstruct an enforcement officer from doing anything which the officer is authorised or entitled to do by virtue of this Act, or
(b)
without reasonable cause to fail to comply with a requirement made by an enforcement officer, or a constable, under section 27.
