Section 44 ConsultationI1
Ministers must consult the following persons before making the first trading regulations or the first advertising regulations—
(a)
the councils for the areas where it is proposed that the regulations apply,
(b)
the Organising Committee, and
(c)
other persons whom Ministers consider appropriate.
