Article 8 Transfers between parishes

The parts of the parish of Prestbury marked A11, A14 and A16 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to the parish of Southam.

The part of the parish of Swindon marked A6 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to the parish of Bishop’s Cleeve.

The parts of the parish of Swindon marked A7 and A17 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to the parish of Uckington.

The part of the parish of Up Hatherley marked A23 on boundary map 6 shall be transferred to the parish of Shurdington.

The part of the parish of Leckhampton marked A22 on boundary map 6 shall be transferred to the parish of Shurdington.

The part of the parish of Quedgeley marked A1 on boundary map 2 shall be transferred to the parish of Elmore.

The part of the parish of Quedgeley marked A3 on boundary map 2 shall be transferred to the parish of Hardwicke.

The part of the parish of Upton St Leonards marked A5 on boundary map 3 shall be transferred to the parish of Brookthorpe-with-Whaddon.
