In regulation 9 (product information) of the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2003f1, in paragraph (2) for “Article 1 of Council Directive 87/18/EEC” there is substituted “Article 1 of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/10/EC”.
