Regulation 5 Amendment of the Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993
In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993f1, in paragraph (1) in the definition of “principles of good laboratory practice” for “the Good Laboratory Practice Regulations 1997” there is substituted “the Good Laboratory Practice Regulations 1999”.
