In regulation 46–

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “section 46(1) or (2) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 53(1) or (2) of the 1988 Act”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)(d) for “section 46(1) or (2) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 53(1) or (2) of the 1988 Act”.
