In regulation 8–

(a)

in paragraph (1)–

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a) for “section 45(3) or (4) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 50(2) or (4) of the 1988 Act”;

(ii)

in sub-paragraph (b) for “section 45(3) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 50(2) of the 1988 Act”; and

(iii)

in sub-paragraph (c) for “section 45(4) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 50(4) of the 1988 Act”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)(h) for “section 45(8) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 52(1) of the 1988 Act”.
