Regulation 3

In regulation 3(1)–

(a)

for

““the 1972 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1972”^f1 there shall be substituted

““the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1988”^f2; and

(b)

in the definition of “vehicle testing station” for “section 45(9) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 52(2) of the 1988 Act”.
