Regulation 6 Amendment to paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 3 (the prescribed construction and use requirements)

At the end of paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 3, there shall be added the following descriptions—

  • “loading devices;

  • load securing devices.”.
