Regulation 42A Provisions as to signaturesF1

Any plating certificate, goods vehicle test certificate F2or notice of the refusal of a goods vehicle test certificate which has been issued under the provisions of these Regulations and which bears a facsimile, by whatever process reproduced, of the signature of, as the case may be, the relevant goods vehicle examiner, authorised or appointed person or appeal officer, shall be deemed to have been duly signed.
