The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(3) and 9(2) of the Governors' Pensions Act 1957 and section 4(7) of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
