Paragraph 12 Coatings and treatmentsI1

The licence holder must ensure that any coatings and any treatments are suitable for use in the marine environment and are used in accordance with guidelines approved—
(a)
by the Health and Safety Executive;
(b)
by the Environment Agency; or
(c)
by both of the foregoing bodies.
