Section 347 Functional bodies to have regard to the strategy.
England, Wales and Scotland
In exercising any function, each of the functional bodies shall have regard to the spatial development strategy F1, but this is without prejudice to F2sections 15CA(2) and 15CC(7) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (which F3require local plans, minerals and waste plans and supplementary plans to be in general conformity with the strategy).
