Article 1 Citation, commencement and revocation

These Rules may be cited as the Greater London Authority Elections Rules 2007 and will come into force on 14th January 2008

(2)

The following Rules are revoked—

(a)

the Greater London Authority Elections (No.2) Rules 2000 M1;

(b)

the Greater London Authority Elections (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2000 M2;

(c)

the Greater London Authority Elections (Amendment) Rules 2001 M3; and

(d)

the Greater London Authority Elections (Amendment) Rules 2004 M4.
