Article 13 I1
The Franchising Schemes and Enhanced Partnership Plans and Schemes (Provision of Information) Regulations 2017f1 have effect in relation to the GMCA in respect of the functions specified in articles 4 and 5 as if any reference to a local transport authority included a reference to the Mayor.
