(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) Regulations 2012.

(2)

Parts 1 to 4 of these Regulations, other than regulations 24(1)(d)(i) and (2) and 26, come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 24(1)(d)(i) and (2) and 26 and F1, other than regulation 42, Parts 5 to 7 of these Regulations come into force on 28th January 2013.

F2(3A)

Regulation 42 comes into force—

(a)

so far as is necessary for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to make provision under section 9 and the Scottish Ministers to make provision under section 10, on the relevant date;

(b)

for all remaining purposes, on 28th January 2013.

(4)

Part 8 of these Regulations comes into force—

(a)

so far as is necessary for the purpose of enabling the Secretary of State to take action in relation to a breach of the requirements listed in regulation 63 of these Regulations (other than the requirements in regulations 24(1)(d)(i) and (2) and 26), on 1st October 2012;

(b)

for all remaining purposes, on 28th January 2013.

Part 9 of these Regulations comes into force on 1st October 2012.

In this regulation, “relevant date” means the date on which the Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 come into force.
