Regulation 7 Definitions of qualifying assessment under section 3(9)I1

For the purposes of section 3(9) and these Regulations, an energy efficiency assessment of a property is a qualifying assessment where it is carried out—

(a)

by a green deal assessor in accordance with the assessor services specification; and

(b)

in accordance with any provisions of the code of practice which apply to qualifying assessments.
