Regulation 47 Additional scheme supplier obligations: the provision of informationI1

A scheme supplier must provide to the Authority on request any information which the scheme supplier holds and which the Authority requires in order to discharge its functions under, or monitor compliance with, these Regulations.

Information requested under paragraph (1) must be provided within such time as the Authority specifies.
