Article 18 Removal of human remains

Where a licence issued under section 4 of the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986^f1 (“a licence”) applies to human remains, or where the remains are found in an area identified in the construction environmental management plan as one to be treated as though a licence applies, the undertaker must comply with the terms of the licence.
