The Climate Change Agreements (Amendment of Agreements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1)(d) after “the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012” insert “ or the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2020 ”.
