The Treasury make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(3), (8) and (9) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992^f1, and section 77(3), (8) and (9) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992^f2, and now exercisable by them^f3:
