in the M2Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951, in section 2(1)(d), after the words “the Guardianship of Minors Act 1971” there shall be inserted the words “or under section 2(4)(a) of the Guardianship Act 1973”;

in the M3Maintenance Orders Act 1950, in section 16(2)(a)(iii), and in the Administration of Justice Act 1970, in Schedule 8, in paragraph 4(a), and in the M4Attachement of Earnings Act 1971, in Schedule I, in paragraph 5(a), after the words “the Guardianship of Minors Act 1971” there shall in each case be inserted the words “or section 2(3) or 2(4)(a) of the Guardianship Act 1973”;
