Schedule B is reproduced here in the form in which it was enacted, subject only to amendments made by virtue of the Defence (Transfer of Functions) Act 1964 (c. 15). Note that the Rules, Regulations and Scales stated in Schedule B have been repealed and replaced by Rules, Regulations and Scales applicable to the Proof of Small Arms (also referred to as "Rules of Proof") made from time to time by the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers and the Guardians of the Birmingham Proof House, as provided by s. 117 of this Act. These replacement Rules of Proof are not reproduced here.
