Provided alsoe and be it enacted That noe Writt or Writts of Certiorari shall supersede execuc[i]on or other proceedeings upon any Order or Orders made by the said Co[m]missioners in pursuance of this Act but that execuc[i]on and other proceedings shall and may be had and made thereupon any such Writt or Writts or Allowance thereof notwithstanding:-
