Section 24 Short title, commencement and extent.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Hallmarking Act 1973.
(2)
Section 13 of and Schedule 4 to this Act shall come into operation on 1st January 1974 and the remainder of this Act shall come into operation on 1st January 1975.

This Act extends to Northern Ireland . . . F1.
