(1)

The Commission may make such provision as it thinks fit to regulate—

(a)

its own proceedings (including quorum), and

(b)

the procedure (including quorum) of its committees and sub-committees.

(2)

Sub-paragraph (1) has effect subject to any directions given by the Secretary of State.
