Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Health Authorities Act 1995 (Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 30th September 1996.

In this Order—

• “the 1985 Order” means the Joint Consultative Committees Order 1985^f1;

• “the 1996 Order” means the Health Authorities Act 1995 (Transitional Provisions) Order 1996^f2.
