In section 32 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1972^f1 (transfer of staff employed for purposes of public health), in subsection (3), for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d)

persons who are registered in the register maintained under article 5 of the Health Professions Order 2001;”.
