Paragraph 16
In Schedule 7 to the M1Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1979—
(a)
in paragraph 1, the words from “and”, where it first occurs, to the end and paragraphs 2 and 3(b) shall be omitted; and
(b)
in paragraph 3(a), for the words “definitions of “qualified nurse” and” there shall be substituted the words “ definition of ”.
