Section 16 Nursing homes and mental nursing homes, etc.

The enactments specified in Schedule 4 to this Act (which relate to the registration of F1nursing homes, mental nursing homes and private hospitals within the meaning of the M1Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960) shall have effect subject to the amendments provided for in that Schedule.
