Section 9 Period of effect of heat networks licence

A heat networks licence—
(a)
has effect on the date specified in the licence, and
(b)
continues to have effect unless the licence is—
(i)
revoked by the licensing authority in accordance with section 11, or
(ii)
surrendered by the person holding the licence in accordance with the conditions of the licence.
