Coming into force 14th August 1987
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as respects England and the Secretary of State as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Hill Farming Act 1946f1 and now vested in themf2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
